Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times We ship to customers across the US and internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
