TailTrove Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We do not require you to return the item.

What We Need From You To process your refund, please provide:

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Your order number

How to Request a Refund Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the required proof. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Requests Refund requests submitted after 7 days of delivery, or without the required proof, will not be eligible.
